Baby Sister has really perfected the art of rolling over. Now she sleeps on her belly pretty much all the time. This is a new thing for me to worry about. Since we allow her to sleep in our bed in the mornings now I have to be nervous about the sheets and stuff. Ugh!!! But she sure does look sweet! :)

For the first time Big Brother ordered and paid for his own food at a restaurant (Burger King). He had already finished his kids meal and he was so still hungry. Since Baby Sister was content in the high chair I did not want to take her out. So, I handed him the credit card and told him to go order. He did and here he is very proud of his accomplishment and on his way back to the table with his food.

A very common site in our house - cookie baking. Have I mentioned that cookies derail my weight loss goals? But this is cookie baking in order to take cookies to the Crunch game. What could be better than cookies and hockey?

The thing that gets to me about this picture is how happy she is. She can almost crawl and is so determined to do it. She usually gets very frustrated with how hard it still is. So it is really nice to see her enjoying what she can do. Oh and don't try to help - she wants to do it HERSELF.

These are rabbit tracks. We found them all over the backyard when we went out to play today. It looked like a rabbit had thrown a party in our backyard. Big Brother was thrilled about them.

GrandmaC bought us tickets to go to the SU basketball game as a Christmas present for Big Brother. So, we went to the game today. It was fun. We bought the shirt for Big Brother there. Baby Sister had the shoes (UncleP) picked them out for her before she was even born. If I had been paying enough attention I would have bought her a hairbow (that's what Big Brother calls her headbands with Bows on them)to go with the outfit (so she would look more like a girl :)). The funny thing about the game is that we thought there were four quarters not two periods so all of a sudden everyone got up and left and we had no idea what was happening. The game was over and we had no idea. It was amusing. :)

Baby Sister loves Big Brother so much. We went to the Crunch game tonight and she spent the whole time reaching for, grabbing and laughing at Big Brother. It just warms my heart to see them together.

Do you see Jas in Hubby's lap? She loves to curl in laps (and people say cats aren't affectionate). Particularly if you are trying to do something that makes it difficult for her to get there. Then it is a challenge. :)

Hubby took this picture on his way to work this morning. I didn't even know it until I was looking through the pictures tonight. I just love how peaceful we look. There are countless pictures of Big Brother and I asleep curled up togrther too. Although those are almost all on the couch.

I simply love this picture because of what Baby Sister is doing. She is holding her own bottle. Now I don't need her to do so. I just find it remarkable that she is doing it at four and a half months old. Big Brother never held his own bottle. I took this picture one handed as I was holding her and feeding her. She was quite proud of her accomplishment.

I want to call this Big Brother being protective of Baby Sister but I think it was more possessive. He really did not want any daycare kids playing with or near her without him in the middle. Very cute.

This is Big Brother playing his first (ever) hockey game. It was SO much fun. There was no official score - but the Stars (Big Brother's team) beat the Cougars 9-3. Big Brother was so proud. Although, he was a little disappointed that games meant less ice time.

One of Hubby's favorite thing to do ever since I got the Moby is to wrap it around himself and Baby Sister in some crazy way and complain that it doesn't work right. She is not really falling here - they are playing. I just HAD to snap a picture.

We took the kids snow tubbing today. Big Brother had a great time and never seemed like he was going to want to come home. Baby Sister tolerated it for awhile but after about fourty minutes she really wanted to come home. Lucky for her it was nap time. They both took long naps though. :)

Baby Sister really likes this chair. Plenty of the time she is very content to hang out in the chair and play while I clean the kitchen or whatever has to be done. Here she is sucking on the wet cloth I used to wash her face after lunch.

I was supposed to have my state inspection today. So, Big Brother had to sleep downstairs with all the daycare kids. Here he is "sleeping."

Truthfully, I forgot to take any pictures until after the kids were in bed. But I am glad that I did. I wound up with this really nice picture of Gyps that I wouldn't have had. I just love the way her eyes are glowing.

Baby Sister at Dr. Purnima's office. This is waiting for the doctor. She is playing with "favorite"lion. That is just what Big Brother has named that toy. She was 13 pounds 8 ounces today. Dr. Purnima said she was advanced and was very impressed with all the things she was already doing.

This is Little Christmas. Every year on Little Christmas Big Brother gets "gold" - Rolo candies (gold wrapper) "frankincense" - a nice smelling candle and "myrrh" - a nice smelling hand lotion. Baby Sister got a candle this year too. These gifts are to represent the gifts the Baby Jesus was given from the Three Wise Men who visited after his birth.

The trip home after a very LONG vacation of visiting grandparents. Big Brother is so good at keeping himself busy and entertained in the backseat. He is also excellent at entertaining Baby Sister.

We have tons of pictures of the day we went to Washington DC and saw the White House. We were there because Big Brother wanted to see the White House. We did lots of things, including seeing teh Rangers play the Capitals at the Verizon Center. However, my favorite memory is of Bog Brother walking around with his new camera and taking pictures (and he takes really nice ones too). He is so proud of the pictures he takes it is awesome. It was the perfect gift from GreatT.

Baby Sister was frustrated and just absolutely DONE with being away from home. She wanted some quiet time away from Grandpasponge and Grandmasponge. SO, Hubby took her downstairs and sang to her and rocked her. She nodded off and immediately after so did Hubby. Notice the protective hand on her head.

Big Brother with GreatAunt and GreatUncle. It was a wonderful visit with some of the nicest people I had ever known. GreatAunt has been kicking Cancer's butt for two years and GreatUncle recently had heart surgery. They both looked amazing (considering) and were doing well enough to not just visit but make us lunch (even though we begged them not to go to any trouble for us). It was fantastic.
